All user prompts are screened through automated content moderation before processing. Prompts that violate this policy will be rejected, and repeated violations will result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

15. Changes to Terms
