The Platform employs a multi-layered moderation system combining automated filtering, human review, and periodic audits.

3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:

  • Input filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of user prompts before processing.
  • Output filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated images and videos.
  • Usage pattern analysis: Monitoring for anomalous API call behavior and abuse patterns.
  • Safety models: Third-party AI model providers' built-in content safety systems (e.g., Seedance, Kling, and Flux model safety layers) combined with our proprietary prompt screening.

3.2 Human Review

  • Content flagged by automated systems enters a human review queue.
  • User-reported content is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
