Usage Data: Generation history, credits consumed, features accessed, device information, browser type, IP address, and access timestamps.
Generated Content: Text prompts you submit, reference images you upload, and the resulting AI-generated images or videos.

Payment Processor — Waffo Pancake: Processes all card transactions. Waffo Pancake is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. They receive transaction amounts, order references, and your email for receipt delivery. Card data is processed and stored exclusively on Waffo Pancake's secure infrastructure, never on our servers.
AI Model Providers: Your prompts and reference images are transmitted to third-party AI model APIs solely to generate the requested content. These providers process inputs for generation purposes only.
Cloud Infrastructure: Supabase (database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting) store and process data under their respective security and compliance frameworks.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3/HTTPS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, row-level security (RLS) on all database records, role-based access control, and regular security assessments.
Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with GDPR Article 33 and 34.
